Alan Roberts & Associates, LLC understands that a productive relationship requires understanding and communication. Our initial consultation is always free. We will discuss the specific aspects of your case. As we progress through the case, we will continuously communicate our status and review the fees to that point. We will notify you if/when we surpass a set fee for services to insure you are comfortable with our progress and billing. Alan Roberts & Associates, LLC will never surprise you with a large, unexpected bill.
Fees will be determined by a fixed hourly rate or project cost as agreed upon prior to acceptance of the case. All additional fees will be dependent on the case, discussed with the client, and agreed upon in advance. All billing will include an itemized statement of services provided and fees associated with each specific service.
Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card (through Western Union). Retainers are required in most cases.
